摘要:

从乙烯装置规模的发展趋势出发,介绍了装置规模大型化的意义;结合乙烯装置关键设备,如裂解炉、裂解气压缩机与制冷机、大塔、换热器和大阀等,对其大型化方案进行了初步探讨,依据现有技术水平和设计、制造能力,指出了乙烯装置大型化的主要控制点。文中简述了目前国内外乙烯装置大型化的现状,并阐述了炼化一体化乙烯规模特大型化的建设模式和思考。

Abstract:

The growth trend of ethylene capacity and the advantages of large-scale ethylene plant are introduced in this paper. Large-scale schemes for ethylene plant are preliminarily discussed combined with key equipment in ethylene plant such as cracking furnace, charge gas compressor, refrigerant compressor, large column, heat exchanger, and large valve. The main control points are pointed out based on the current technology level and design and manufacturing capabilities. The current status of large-scale ethylene plants at home and abroad is briefly summarized, and the construction methods and considerations are proposed.
