摘要:

反应区布置研究是聚乙烯装置设计的核心关键环节。以国内某气液法聚乙烯装置反应区设计为例,系统介绍了此类装置反应区工艺流程,重点围绕反应区设备布置方案的确立以及进料系统、出料系统、终止剂系统、冷凝液系统、循环气系统等重要管系的设计思路展开论述。同时本中参考了以往装置的设计经验,对比了不同方案间的特点,为后续同类装置反应区的设计和优化提供借鉴。

Abstract:

The study on reaction area layout is a core and crucial aspect of polyethylene plant design. Taking the design of the reaction area of a domestic gas-liquid polyethylene plant as an example, this paper systematically introduces the process flow of the reaction area in such plants, focusing on the establishment of equipment layout plan for the reaction area and the design ideas of important piping systems such as feeding system, discharging system, terminator system, condensate system, and circulating gas system. At the same time, this paper refers to previous design experience of such plants, compares the characteristics of different schemes, and provides references for the subsequent design and optimization of the reaction area in similar plants.
