丁二烯抽提装置防聚合措施的实践及研究

摘要: 丁二烯自聚产生的聚合物是影响丁二烯抽提装置长周期安全生产的关键因素,长期以来这一问题始终未能得到有效解决。某石化公司2套丁二烯抽提装置自开工以来,受丁二烯自聚影响,装置运行周期短则3个月、长则1~2 a;过滤器、塔釜再沸器清理频繁,部分设备还因丁二烯爆聚发生泄漏,给装置长周期安全生产带来极大隐患和风险。提出防聚合“死角理论”,在此理论的指导下,制定相应的防聚合措施。应用结果表明,措施效果显著,装置运行周期成功延长至5 a。

Abstract:

Polymers produced by the self-polymerization of butadiene is a key factor affecting the long-term safe production of butadiene extraction units, and this problem has not been solved for a long time. Affected by the self-polymerization of butadiene, the two butadiene extraction units of a petrochemical company have had production cycles ranging from 3 months to 1 or 2 years since their startup. The frequent cleaning of the filter and tower kettle reboiler as well as the leakage of some equipment due to the runaway polymerization of butadiene posed great hidden dangers and risks to the long-term safe production of the units. The "dead angle theory" for anti-polymerization was put forward, and some corresponding anti-polymerization measures were taken under the guidance of this theory. The application results show that these measures have achieved remarkable effects, and the operation cycle of the units has been successfully extended to 5 years.
