摘要: 介绍了镇海炼化乙烯装置为寻求降低裂解炉烟气NOx含量的措施。通过对NOx生成机理的分析,查找降低热力型NOx的方法,尝试采取降低空气预热温度、炉膛氧含量、装置负荷、侧烧燃料气比例等工艺调整措施,对比调整前后的烟气NOx含量,为进一步降低已达标裂解炉烟气的NOx含量提供参考。

Abstract:

This paper introduces the measures for reducing the NOx content of exhaust gas in the cracking furnace of ethylene plant. Through the analysis of NOx formation mechanism, ways to reduce thermal NOx are investigated, and some process adjustment measures are taken such as reducing air preheat temperature, oxygen content in hearth, feed flow and sidewall burner fuel ratio. The NOx content in exhaust gas before and after the adjustment are compared, providing a reference for further reducing the NOx content of the up-to-standard exhaust gas in cracking furnace.
