在线监测透平驱动压缩机组热力性能系统的开发与应用

摘要: 针对汽轮机及压缩机的效率监测、汽轮机的结垢情况及结垢趋势判断、如何做到预防性维护及检修等问题,通过建立汽轮机及其压缩机组的热力性能参数监测及故障诊断系统,建立机组性能的预测模型,开展机组热力参数监测、性能预测,研发一套能够在线监测压缩机组热力性能的系统,以优化压缩机及汽轮机的操作。

Abstract:

In this paper, the efficiency monitoring of steam turbine and compressors, the fouling of steam turbine and the judgment of fouling tendency, and the preventive maintenance and repairs are studied. By establishing monitoring and fault diagnosis systems for the thermal performance of steam turbine and its compressor unit, the performance prediction model was built for the compressor unit, and the thermal parameter monitoring and performance prediction of the compressor unit were carried out. Meanwhile, an on-line monitoring system was developed for the thermal performance of compressor unit to optimize the operation of compressors and steam turbine.
