摘要:

介绍了裂解汽油抽提生产苯乙烯工艺在镇海项目上的成功应用,总结了防止苯乙烯聚合的措施有降低系统操作温度、缩短高浓度苯乙烯物料在高温区域停留时间、在精馏塔加注阻聚剂等。乙烯装置汽油分馏塔中上部也是苯乙烯、茚等聚合物质浓度较高的部位易堵塞,借鉴苯乙烯抽提工艺防聚合措施,制定防聚合方案,实现装置长周期运行。
