摘要:

中国石化镇海炼化分公司27 kt/a裂解汽油抽提装置本周期开车以来产品苯乙烯中聚合物含量波动较大,经优化工艺参数、固化现场操作等措施效果有限。最终通过试用新型阻聚剂,并优化调整注入位置有效解决了苯乙烯产品中聚合物含量高的问题,提高了产品质量等级,降低了焦油生成量,实现了环保经济效益双赢。

Abstract:

The polymer content of styrene product of the 27 kt/a pyrolysis gasoline extraction unit at SINOPEC Zhenhai Refining and Chemical Company has fluctuated greatly since its start-up in this operation cycle, and the effect of measures such as optimizing process parameters and solidifying on-site operation was limited. Finally, the problem of high polymer content of styrene product was effectively solved by trying out new polymerization inhibitor and optimizing injection position, the product quality grade was improved, the tar production was reduced, and both the environmental benefit and economic benefit were achieved.
