摘要:

裂解气压缩机是乙烯装置的核心设备,机组的稳定运行至关重要,决定了装置能否连续安全运行。重点介绍了中国石油独山子石化分公司1 000 kt/a乙烯装置裂解气压缩机和透平检修内容以及检修过程中出现的问题,并结合工艺运行数据剖析了问题产生的原因,提出了检修控制手段和问题解决措施。

Abstract:

Cracking gas compressor is the core equipment of ethylene plant, and the stable operation of the compressor unit is crucial to the continuous and safe operation of ethylene plant. This paper focuses on the overhaul items of cracking gas compressor and turbine in the 1000 kt/a ethylene plant at PetroChina Dushanzi Petrochemical Company and the problems emerged during overhaul, analyzes the causes of the problems based on process operation data, and puts forward some overhaul control measures and problem solving measures.
