APC先进控制系统在丙烯精馏塔中的应用

摘要:

丙烯精馏塔是乙烯装置重要的产品分离单元。丙烯精馏塔原有的自动控制方式无法满足装置在高负荷下系统平稳运行,塔底丙烯含量损失大。通过采用先进控制技术APC,调整优化了丙烯精馏塔操作,减少了塔釜丙烯损失,降低了塔系统压力、液位、流量、灵敏板温度、塔釜丙烯含量等的波动,系统可快速在最佳操作区域运行,满足装置在高负荷运行工况下平稳、高效以及节能降耗增效的需求。

Abstract:

Propylene distillation column is an important product separation unit for ethylene plant. The original automatic control mode of propylene distillation column could not satisfy the requirements of stable operation of the unit under high load, and there was a great propylene loss at the bottom of the column. Through the application of advanced process control (APC) technology, the operation of propylene distillation tower was adjusted and optimized, the propylene loss in the tower kettle was reduced, the fluctuation in pressure, liquid level, flow rate, sensitive plate temperature and propylene content in tower kettle of the tower system was minimized, and the system could be operated rapidly in the optimal operation area, thus meeting the requirements of stable operation, high efficiency, energy saving, consumption reduction and efficiency improvement under high load.
