裂解炉长周期运行中的问题及优化措施

摘要:

介绍了中国石油独山子石化分公司1 000 kt/a乙烯装置裂解炉长期运行过程中存在的瓶颈,分析了产生问题的原因,并采取合理的措施解决了一次注汽线频繁泄漏、裂解炉辐射段炉管堵塞、对流段炉管泄漏、锅炉给水调节阀泄漏、汽包连排线弯头泄漏问题、氧化锆振动移位和轻烃调节阀鼠笼堵塞等问题,进而提高了裂解炉运行周期,达到增加企业经济效益的目的。

Abstract:

This paper focuses on the bottlenecks in the long-term operation of cracking furnace in the 1000 kt/a ethylene plant at PetroChina Dushanzi Petrochemical Company, analyzes the causes of the problems, and takes reasonable measures to solve the problems including the frequent leakage of primary steam injection line, the blockage of furnace tube in the radiant section of cracking furnace, the leakage of furnace tube in convection section, the leakage of boiler feed water regulating valve, the leakage of steam drum connecting elbow, the vibration shift of zirconia and the blockage of light hydrocarbon regulating valve cage. The operating cycle of cracking furnace was improved, and the economic benefit of the enterprise was increased.
