摘要: 近年来随着国内环保意识的逐步提高,以及新版环保法的实施,对石油化工企业的污染物排放指标日益严格。为降低裂解炉烟气氮氧化物(NOx)的含量,国内乙烯装置目前普遍采用低氮燃烧器技术,控制烟气中NOx的排放量。但随着环保要求的进一步严格,必须考虑裂解炉烟气NOx满足更低的排放指标。简要介绍了某新建乙烯装置裂解炉SCR脱硝技术的应用情况,对SCR技术在裂解炉生产中的运行情况进行了具体说明,并提出了优化改进意见。

Abstract:

In recent years, with the gradual improvement of environmental awareness and the implementation of the new version of Environmental Protection Law in China, the pollutant emission indicators for petrochemical enterprises have become increasingly stricter. In order to reduce the content of nitrogen oxides (NOx) in cracking furnace flue gas, domestic ethylene plants currently use low nitrogen burner technology to control the amount of NOx in the flue gas. As the environmental protection requirements become more stringent, it is necessary to meet the lower NOx emission target of cracking furnace flue gas. This paper briefly introduces the application of SCR denitration technology in the cracking furnace of a newly-built ethylene plant, specifically describes the SCR technology in the operation of cracking furnace, and puts forward some suggestions for optimization and improvement.
