摘要:

在乙烯装置裂解炉对流段的设计中,弯头箱结构设计的优劣,将直接影响到裂解炉的安全运行和热损失,同时对检维修时拆装是否便利、破损结构修复的难易程度也将产生较大影响。针对在裂解炉弯头箱结构设计中,衬里材料的选择、衬里材料的性能、各种衬里及其复合形式衬里的结构设计、施工安装等,进行分析、对比,以获取优化的设计成品。

Abstract:

The structural design of header box is an essential part in the design of the convection section of ethylene cracking furnace. It directly affects the safe operation and heat loss of cracking furnace, and greatly influences the convenience of disassembly and assembly during maintenance and repair and the repair difficulty of damaged structures. This article analyzes and compares the selection and performance of lining materials as well as the structural design and construction of various linings and their composite forms in the structural design of header box in cracking furnace, so as to achieve optimized design.
