摘要:

在正常运行过程中,辽阳石化乙烯装置裂解气压缩机多次出现透平振动异常问题,严重影响机组安全运行。对工艺设备影响因素全面排查和分析,并对透平解体检修,最后确定影响透平振动的主要因素。通过采取相应的处理措施,消除了透平振动。

Abstract:

During normal operation of the cracking gas compressor in the ethylene plant of PetroChina Liaoyang Petrochemical Company, abnormal vibration of turbine occurred many times, seriously affecting the safe operation of compressor unit. The factors influencing the process and equipment were investigated and analyzed comprehensively, the steam turbine was disassembled for repair, and the main factors causing the vibration of turbine were identified. The vibration of turbine was eliminated by taking corresponding treatment measures.
