乙烯装置停开车减排方案优化

摘要: 随着国家环保控制指标的不断提升,通过优化停开车方案与有效兼顾停开车进度来实现过程“三废”减排与达标。对于工艺流程复杂的乙烯装置,实现绿色环保与经济高效的开停车意义尤为重要。上海赛科乙烯装置以环保优先为原则,严格控制停开工过程“三废”排放,以经济高效为目标,最大限度回收烃物料,以调控进度为手段来兼顾停开车过程的环保与经济性,取得了良好的效果。

Abstract:

With the continuous improvement of national environmental protection standards, enterprises achieve the emission reduction and up-to-standard discharge of the three wastes by optimizing the start-up and shutdown scheme and effectively balancing the startup and shutdown schedule. For ethylene plant with complex process flow, it is especially important to achieve environmental-friendly, economical and high-efficiency startup and shutdown. Following the principle of environmental protection priority, the ethylene plant of Shanghai SECCO strictly controls the discharge of the three wastes during startup and shutdown, takes economy and high-efficiency as the goal, maximizes the recovery of hydrocarbons, and balances the environmental protection and economy during startup and shutdown by means of schedule control. Good results have been achieved.
