摘要: 介绍了几种主要乙烯工艺流程压缩单元的技术特点,着重叙述了裂解气压缩机段间循环水冷却器的设计以及机组的注油、注水系统和碱洗单元、干燥单元的关注重点。对压缩系统操作中可能出现的失控给出了处理建议。

Abstract:

This paper introduces the technical characteristics of several main ethylene process compression units, and focuses on the design of circulating water cooler between cracking gas compressor sections and the oil injection and water injection system of the unit and the operation of alkali washing unit and drying unit. Reasonable suggestions are given to deal with the possible out-of-control during the operation of compression system.
