摘要:

醋酸乙烯是一种重要的工业有机原料,主要有乙炔法和乙烯法2种生产工艺。介绍了醋酸乙烯的工艺进展,包括反应动力学研究和反应工艺、催化剂制备工艺和反应器结构优化等方面的最新成果。对比了两种工艺路线在技术难度、生产成本上的优劣,重点介绍了2种乙烯法生产工艺Vantage Process和Leap Process的工艺特点及其在催化剂和反应器研发上取得的突破,并对国内醋酸乙烯行业存在问题进行分析,对未来醋酸乙烯研究发展方向进行展望。

Abstract:

Vinyl acetate is an important industrial organic raw material. There are two main vinyl acetate production processes, i.e. acetylene method and ethylene method. The technological progress in vinyl acetate production process is introduced, including the latest achievements in reaction kinetics study and reaction process, catalyst preparation process and reactor structure optimization. The advantages and disadvantages of the two technological routes are compared in terms of technical difficulty and production cost. The process characteristics of two ethylene methods including Vantage Process and Leap Process and their breakthroughs in catalyst and reactor research and development are mainly introduced. The problems in China’s vinyl acetate industry are analyzed, and the future research and development direction of vinyl acetate process is prospected.
