摘要:

以某1 100  kt/a乙烯装置改造为例,介绍了低压甲烷压缩机提前拆除的项目背景,着重分析了压缩机停机后乙烯装置操作参数的变化情况,评估了氢气纯度降低对乙烯及下游各装置的影响,得出低压甲烷压缩机提前停机不会导致乙烯装置降负荷,也不会造成甲烷尾气排放到火炬。对该方案的可行性论证为业主制定停车改造方案提供了可靠技术依据。同时也为设置低压甲烷压缩机的乙烯装置处理机组非计划停车等特殊工况提供了方案借鉴。

Abstract:

Taking the reconstruction of a 1100 kt/a ethylene plant as an example, the project background of the early removal of low-pressure methane compressor is introduced, the changes in operation parameters of ethylene plant after compressor shutdown is analyzed, and the influence of hydrogen purity reduction on ethylene plant and downstream units is evaluated. The conclusion is that the early shutdown of the low-pressure methane compressor will not lead to load reduction of the ethylene plant or cause the discharge of methane tail gas to the flare. The feasibility demonstration of the scheme provides a reliable technical basis for the owner to formulate the shutdown and reconstruction scheme. At the same time, it provides reference for ethylene plants with low-pressure methane compressor to deal with special conditions such as the unplanned shutdown of compressor unit.
