摘要: 介绍了天津200 kt/a乙烯装置裂解燃料油产品泵原密封方案在使用过程中存在的问题。通过比较几种密封方案优缺点,分析了API682-2004标准中几种密封方案在天津200 kt/a乙烯装置裂解燃料油产品泵上应用的合理性,介绍了裂解燃料油产品泵密封实际改造方案和使用效果。

Abstract:

This paper introduces the problems in the use of the original sealing scheme of pyrolysis fuel oil product pump in the 200 kt/a ethylene plant in Tianjin. The rationality of applying several sealing schemes stipulated in API682-2004 in the pyrolysis fuel oil product pump in the 200 kt/a ethylene plant in Tianjin is analyzed through the comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of the sealing schemes. The actual transformation scheme and application effect of the sealing scheme of pyrolysis fuel oil product pump are introduced.
