裂解气压缩机中压缸轴位移故障与处理

Failure Analysis of Axis Displacement of Intermediate Pressure Cylinder in Cracking Gas Compressor and the Countermeasures

摘要:

针对茂名石化640kt/a乙烯装置长周期运行过程中出现裂解气压缩机中压缸轴位移高的问题。通过分析可能导致轴位移故障的原因,采取调整工艺系统、优化洗油注入、调整润滑油系统、中压缸注水、加注分散剂等措施,在一定程度上减缓了轴位移的上涨,特别是降低装置负荷,轴位移下降非常明显。但上述措施无法彻底解决中压缸轴位移高问题。最后通过加注航空煤油/多乙苯混合溶液作为清洗油后,大量垢物被溶解并冲洗排出,彻底解决了缸体结垢导致的轴位移高问题。

Abstract:

This paper discusses the problem of excessive axis displacement of intermediate pressure cylinder occurred during the long-term operation of cracking gas compressor in the 640 kt/h ethylene plant at Sinopec Maoming Petrochemical Company. Based on the analysis of possible causes of the axis displacement failure, some measures were taken such as adjusting the process system, optimizing the injection of wash oil, adjusting the lubricating oil system, injecting water into the intermediate pressure cylinder and adding dispersant. These measures reduced the axis displacement to a certain extent, especially when the operating load was reduced, the axis displacement decreased significantly. However, none of these measures could completely solve the problem of excessive axis displacement of intermediate pressure cylinder. By injecting the mixed solution of aviation kerosene and polyethylbenzene as the wash oil, a large amount of fouling substance was dissolved and flushed out, completely solving the problem of excessive axis displacement caused by cylinder fouling.
