摘要:

急冷油循环泵是保证乙烯装置安全平稳运行的关键设备。针对燕山石化乙烯装置急冷油循环泵滚动轴承故障,对导致其失效原因从轴承设计、安装检修、环境影响、维护管理等多个方面进行逐一分析和论证,查明滚动轴承疲劳损伤是造成本次急冷油循环泵故障的直接原因,而根本原因则是管理措施落实不到位。

Abstract:

Quench oil circulating pump is the key equipment to ensure the safe and stable operation of ethylene plant. To solve the rolling bearing failure problem of quench oil circulating pump in the ethylene plant of SINOPEC Beijing Yanshan Petrochemical Company, the causes of the failure are systematically analyzed and demonstrated from the aspects of bearing design, installation and maintenance, environmental impact and maintenance management. It is found that the direct cause is the fatigue damage of rolling bearing and the root cause is the inadequate implementation of management measures.
