急冷油旋液分离系统附属静置器运行中的问题及改进措施

摘要:

针对中韩石化乙烯装置急冷油旋液分离系统附属静置器运行中存在的冲孔网设计过小、强度不足,排焦不畅,运行周期短等问题,通过采取设备改造及优化操作等措施,解决了上述问题,使急冷油旋液分离系统附属静置器运行周期达90 d,取得了较好的经济效益。

Abstract:

To solve the problems in the operation of the static container attached to quench oil hydraulic cyclone system in the ethylene plant of SINOPEC-SK (Wuhan) Petrochemical Company Limited, such as small perforated mesh, insufficient strength, poor coke discharge and short operation cycle, some measures including equipment transformation and operation optimization were taken. The operation cycle of the static container attached to quench oil hydraulic cyclone system can reach 90 days, and good economic benefit can be achieved.
