摘要:

以某釜式浆液法高密度聚乙烯装置为例,介绍HDPE装置聚合反应区工艺流程、反应框架设备平面及竖面布置方案。着重分析了进料系统、浆液系统、夹套水系统等重要管系的工艺特点及管道布置要点,并重点介绍浆液系统管线的设计改进过程及成果。通过总结以往同类装置的设计经验,提出反应框架布置方案的优化方向。

Abstract:

Taking a HDPE plant using kettle type slurry process as the example, this paper introduces the process flow of polymerization section and the equipment arrangement of reaction structure, analyzes the process characteristics and key points of piping arrangement of raw material system, slurry system and jacket water system, and focuses on the optimization of piping design for slurry system. By summarizing the design experiences of similar plants, the future optimization of reaction structure is proposed.
