乙烯装置低排放开停车技术特点分析

摘要:

现代乙烯装置具有系统大、流程长、工艺条件苛刻、关键设备众多等特点,造成装置开停车的物料储存困难,大量物料排放也会造成环境污染。通过分析3种装置的低排放开停车技术特点,实现用最优的解决方法来达到装置的低排放开停工,降低物料排放量,减小对环境的不良影响。

Abstract:

Modern ethylene plant has the characteristics of large system, long process flow, severe process conditions and numerous critical equipment, which make it difficult to store materials during startup and shutdown of the plant, and a large amount of material discharged will cause environmental pollution. By analyzing the characteristics of technologies for low emission startup and shutdown of three kinds of unit layout including two ethylene plants, a single ethylene plant with recovery system and a single ethylene plant, this paper presents the optimal solution to achieve the low emission startup and shutdown of the plant, so as to reduce the material emission and minimize the adverse impact on the environment.
