丙烯产品中甲醇含量高的原因及处理方法

摘要:

乙烯装置生产的丙烯产品作为聚丙烯装置的原料,当丙烯产品中甲醇超标时,会对聚丙烯装置的生产运行造成巨大影响。乙烯装置生产过程中,目的产品中甲醇的来源有多种途径,包括原料中携带甲醇、其他含氧化合物等在高温裂解条件下产生的醇类,以及装置自身为解冻而准备的甲醇、丙醇等。这些醇类最终会进入到丙烯精馏系统中,影响丙烯产品的质量。通过对原料、急冷水系统、丙烯精馏系统等进行优化调整,达到提高丙烯产品质量、降低其中甲醇的目的。

Abstract:

Propylene products from ethylene plant are used as raw materials for polypropylene plant. If the methanol in propylene products exceeds the standard, it will have a great impact on the production and operation of polypropylene plant. During the production of ethylene plant, there are many sources of methanol in the target product, including the methanol carried in raw materials, the alcohols produced from oxygenated compounds under high-temperature cracking conditions, and the methanol and propanol prepared by the plant for defrosting. These alcohols will eventually enter the propylene distillation system and affect the quality of propylene products. In this paper, the raw materials, quench water system and propylene distillation system are optimized and adjusted to improve the quality of propylene products and reduce its methanol content.
