裂解气干燥器再生切换对系统影响因素分析

摘要:

裂解气干燥器再生切换速率过快会对系统稳定造成影响,严重时会发生乙烯产品不合格的事故。通过分析中科炼化800 kt/a蒸汽裂解装置裂解气干燥器的再生过程,针对冷再生速率快导致COT飞温、并联切换造成系统波动、再生系统用户分流超时等问题进行分析,提出了再生过程中预调燃料气系统、确定再生用户再生优先级等有效方法,缓解因裂解气干燥器再生切换而导致的系统波动,确保装置平稳生产。

Abstract:

The fast regeneration switching rate of pyrolysis gas dryer will affect the system stability. In severe cases, accidents of unqualified ethylene products may occur. Through the analysis of the regeneration process of the cracked gas dryer in the 800,000 tons/year steam cracker at ZhongKe (Guangdong) Refinery & Petrochemical Company Limited, this paper analyzes the problems including the COT temperature runaway caused by fast cold regeneration rate, the system fluctuations caused by parallel switching and the user shunt timeout of the regeneration system, and proposes some effective methods such as presetting the fuel gas system during regeneration and determining the priority of generation users to mitigate the system fluctuations caused by the regeneration switching of pyrolysis gas dryer, thus ensuring the stable production of the unit.
