摘要:

在乙烯装置生产运行中,乙烯精馏塔操作的好坏直接关系到乙烯产品的质量和产量。文中介绍了中国石油独山子石化分公司乙烯装置乙烯精馏塔塔盘堵塞的原因,并对其进行了全面分析,确定了碳二加氢翻应过程中生成的绿油是造成塔盘堵塞的主因。通过注甲醇操作消除塔盘堵塞,恢复了乙烯精馏系统的正常操作状态,并提出相应的改进措施,确保乙烯精馏塔长周期稳定运行。

Abstract:

 During the production of ethylene plant, the operation of ethylene rectification tower directly influences the quality and output of ethylene product. In this paper, the reasons for tray blockage in ethylene rectification tower are comprehensively analyzed. It is determined that the green oil generated during C2 hydrogenation reaction is the main reason for tray blockage. The normal operation of ethylene rectification system can be restored by injecting methanol to eliminate the tray blockage, and some corresponding improvement measures are proposed to ensure the long-term and stable operation of ethylene rectification tower.
