摘要:

主要针对中国石油独山子石化分公司22t/a乙烯装置,工艺水汽提塔发生聚合物堵塞问题,严重影响该塔的长周期平稳运行。经分析原因,采取优化工艺操作,增加工艺水阻垢剂,来降低水中油含量和抑制聚合物生成,从而达到和改善工艺水汽提塔的水质,减少了由于聚合物堵塞问题引起装置停车的风险,为乙烯装置急冷系统长、满、优运行奠定了坚实的基础。

Abstract:  The polymer blockage in the process water stripping tower of the 220 kt/a ethylene plant at PetroChina Dushanzi Petrochemical Company serious affected the long-cycle and stable operation of the tower. By analyzing the reasons, the process operation was optimized and process water scale inhibitor was added to reduce the oil content of water and inhibit the formation of polymer, so as to improve the water quality of process water stripping tower and reduce the risk of plant shutdown caused by polymer blockage, laying a solid foundation for the long-cycle and optimal operation of the quench system of ethylene plant at full load.
