摘要:

叙述了中石油独山子石化公司220 kt/a乙烯装置超高压蒸汽管道上异径管焊缝开裂的过程,通过对异径管焊缝进行外观检查、合金分析、现场金相覆膜、硬度测试等方法查找异径管焊缝处开裂的原因,从而制定超高压蒸汽管道的维护措施,延长管道的使用寿命,保证了乙烯装置安全和经济效益。

Abstract:

This paper describes the reducer weld cracking in ultra-high pressure steam pipeline in the 220 kt/a ethylene plant at PetroChina Dushanzi Petrochemical Company, finds out the causes of reducer weld cracking by carrying out appearance inspection, alloy analysis, in-situ metallographic coating and hardness test of the reducer weld, and develops maintenance measures for the ultra-high pressure steam pipeline to prolong its service life, thus guaranteeing the safety and economic benefit of ethylene plant.
