摘要:

根据机组历史运行参数分析计算了某乙烯装置1 100 kt/a改扩建前生产周期中丙烯制冷压缩机组的内效率及热耗率,并与改造后进行比较。通过计算模拟建立机组在一定负荷下热耗率与抽汽比模型,为节能降耗目的对当前运行状态进行优化。

Abstract: The internal efficiency and heat consumption of propylene refrigeration compressor unit before the revamping and expansion of an ethylene plant to 1100 kt/a are calculated and compared with those after the revamping based on the historical operating parameters of the compressor unit. Through calculation and simulation, the heat consumption and pumping ratio model of the compressor unit under a certain load is established, and the current operation is optimized for energy saving and consumption reduction.
