摘要: 在正常运行过程中,辽阳石化乙烯装置裂解气压缩机透平高低压端轴振动异常波动,通过排查工艺设备等因素,确定油封结焦引起异常振动,在机组检修过程中对高低压端油封结构进行分析,通过在油封处引入隔离氮气,从根本上解决油封结焦问题。

Abstract:

 During normal operation, the shaft vibration at the high and low pressure ends of cracking gas compressor turbine in the ethylene plant at PetroChina Liaoyang Petrochemical Company fluctuated abnormally. By checking the process equipment and other factors, it was determined that the abnormal vibration was caused by oil seal coking. During unit maintenance, the oil seal structure at the high and low pressure ends was analyzed, and isolation nitrogen was introduced into the oil seal, thus fundamentally solving the problem of oil seal coking.
