摘要:

脱丁烷塔运行困难是众多乙烯装置运行后期的瓶颈之一。通过流程技术改造,将低压脱丙烷塔塔釜出料直接引至罐区,将脱丁烷塔切出处理,处理完毕后再将不合格混合碳四物料重新引入脱丁烷塔进行回炼,在乙烯装置不停车的前提下切出脱丁烷塔进行处理,从而保证了乙烯装置的长周期运行。

Abstract:

The operation difficulty of debutanizer is one of the bottlenecks in the later stage of operation for many ethylene plants. In order to solve this problem, the process technology is transformed to direct the discharge of low-pressure depropanizer to tank farm, the debutanizer is isolated for treatment, and then the off-spec mixed C4 is recycled to the debutanizer for refining. In this way, the debutanizer can be isolated for treatment without shutting down the ethylene plant, thus ensuring the long-term operation of ethylene plant.
