乙烷饱和塔长周期运行策略

摘要:

与传统石脑油裂解直接注入稀释蒸汽相比,乙烷裂解制乙烯通过控制乙烷在乙烷饱和塔中进行增湿或者饱和,进而控制所需的稀释比。乙烷饱和塔长周期运行成为乙烯装置长周期运行的关键控制点。文中阐述通过控制乙烷饱和塔循环工艺水油含量、COD、pH值、铁离子浓度、电导率、排污量等指标,持续监控乙烷饱和塔填料压差,定期切换乙烷饱和塔循环泵操作,可保障乙烷饱和塔长周期运行。

Abstract:

Compared with the direct injection of dilution steam into traditional naphtha cracker, the ethane cracker controls the required dilution ratio by controlling the humidification or saturation of ethane in ethane saturator. The long-term operation of ethane saturator has become a key control point for the long-term operation of ethylene plant. This article explains that the long-term operation of ethane saturator can be ensured by controlling the oil content, COD, pH, iron ion concentration, conductivity and blowdown flow rate of the circulation process water of ethane saturator, continuously monitoring the pressure difference of packing in ethane saturator, and regularly switching the circulation pumps of ethane saturator.
