摘要:

丁二烯抽提装置溶剂泵属于关键机泵,该泵故障停运将会使输送的溶剂中断并导致装置停工,故该泵能否正常运转直接关系到装置及下游装置的平稳生产。利用智能状态监测分析平台对该泵振动、温度等状态及时监测分析,检查机泵轴承、机封等运行情况,及时提前分析判断机泵早期故障尤其重要。通过制定相应的检修策略,进行预防性检修,解决运行存在的故障,防止机泵严重损坏,延长设备的使用寿命,确保生产“安稳长”运行,将设备对生产的影响降至最低点,以获得最佳的综合效能。

Abstract:

Solvent pump is one of the key pumps in butadiene extraction unit. Its failure will interrupt solvent delivery and lead to unit shutdown. Therefore, the normal operation of this pump directly influences the smooth production of the unit and downstream units. The status of the pump, such as vibration and temperature, is timely monitored and analyzed using an intelligent status monitoring and analysis platform to check the operation of pump bearings and seals. It is particularly important to use the platform to analyze and judge in advance the early failure of pumps. It is necessary to formulate corresponding maintenance strategies, carry out preventive maintenance to solve the faults in operation, prevent serious damage to pumps, extend the service life of equipment, ensure the safe, stable and long-term operation of the unit, and minimize the impact of equipment on production to achieve the best overall performance.
