裂解气压缩机段间压差高问题探讨

摘要:

通过对乙烯装置裂解气压缩机段间压差和聚合物等进行分析,找出影响吉林石化分公司乙烯厂乙烯装置裂解气压缩机长周期运行的各类问题。对裂解气压缩机段间换热器管线带压开孔,配置注洗油、分散剂管线和喷头,通过注入洗油和分散剂对裂解气压缩机段间换热器进行清洗,减少换热器中聚合物,降低裂解气压缩机段间压差,延长了压缩机的运行周期。

Abstract:

Through the analysis of the inter-stage pressure difference and polymers in charge gas compressor of ethylene plant, the problems affecting long-term operation of the charge gas compressor in the No.2 ethylene plant of PetroChina Jilin Petrochemical Company were identified. Hot tapping was carried out for the pipelines of the inter-stage heat exchanger of charge gas compressor, and wash oil injection, dispersant line and nozzles were provided. The inter-stage heat exchanger of the charge gas compressor was cleaned by injecting washing oil and dispersant to reduce the polymers in heat exchanger, reduce the inter-stage pressure difference in charge gas compressor, and prolong the operation cycle of the compressor.
