摘要:

裂解炉是乙烯装置中的重要单元设备,裂解气管道是裂解炉区的关键管道之一,具有管径大、温度高、工况复杂等特点。文中介绍了裂解气工艺流程,结合某新建乙烯装置工程实例,分别介绍了裂解气总管、各炉体分支管、裂解气阀门和清焦阀门以及吹扫管道的布置,阐述了裂解气管道系统的设计要点和原则、管道布置和管架设计方案。

Abstract:

Cracking furnace is an important equipment in ethylene plant, and cracking gas pipeline, featured by large diameter, high temperature and complex working conditions, is one of the key pipelines in cracking furnace. This article briefly summarizes the cracking gas process. Based on the engineering example of a new ethylene plant, the layout of cracking gas main pipe, branch pipe of each furnace, cracking gas valve, decoking valve and purge pipeline is introduced, and the key design points and principles of cracking gas pipelines, the piping layout and the pipe support design scheme are explained.
