工艺水汽提塔在线检修的探索与实践

摘要:

某石化公司220 kt/a乙烯装置的工艺水汽提塔在运行末期暴露出填料堵塞、不畅的问题。通过增加工艺水汽提塔的液位计、增加该系统的排垢频次和注入分散剂等措施进行优化操作,以期解决或缓解工艺水汽提塔填料层堵塞问题。通过对工艺水汽提塔在线隔离、抢修,解决了工艺水系统的运行瓶颈。

Abstract:

The process water stripping tower for the 220 kt/a ethylene plant of PetroChina Dushanzi Petrochemical Company had problems such as clogged packing and poor packing at the end of its operation. The operation was optimized by adding level gauges to the process water stripping tower, increasing the scale removal frequency of the system and injecting dispersant, so as to solve or alleviate the blockage in the packing layer of the process water stripping tower. Through online isolation and repair of the process water stripping tower, the operation bottleneck of process water system was solved.
