摘要:

中国石化某乙烯装置“110万吨改扩建”后,裂解气压缩机组出现真空度下降现象。从实时数据库中导出不同时间段与凝汽器相关的实时运行参数,运用python编程语言对化工生产大数据进行分类、筛选、清洗,通过数理统计方法分析相关性并做出三维散点图;以历史数据为基准构建排汽压力的多元线性回归模型并验证准确性。

Abstract:

After the processing capacity of an ethylene plant in Sinopec was expanded to 1.1 million tons per year, the vacuum degree of its cracking gas compressor unit decreased. The real-time operation parameters related to the condenser in different time periods were exported from the real-time database, python programming language was used to classify, screen and clean the big data of chemical production, the correlation was analyzed through mathematical statistics, and a three-dimensional scatter diagram was made. A multiple linear regression model of exhaust pressure was constructed based on historical data, and its accuracy was verified.
