乙烯装置裂解炉进料流量计安装方式改造研究

摘要: 部分乙烯工艺包设计中,乙烯装置裂解炉进料是将气相原料和稀释蒸汽按一定比例混合,由于进料流量中含有一定比例的蒸汽,在实际测量过程中极易发生测量介质冷凝,造成测量介质存在相态不稳定,进而导致流量测量出现偏差大或波动大的情况。裂解炉进料流量测量不准则将导致裂解炉进料无法投用自控控制,使工艺人员DCS操作画面监控工作强度大幅增加,从而无法兼顾裂解炉的正常控制,造成裂解炉运行周期短,频繁切换裂解炉,进而影响企业生产效益。通过优化和改进裂解炉进料流量计安装方式可有效保证仪表测量的稳定性和准确性,解决测量仪表测量失真的问题,降低工艺人员操作画面监控强度及仪表人员维护强度,满足裂解炉长周期运行。

Abstract:

The feed to cracking furnace of ethylene plant is generally the mixture of gaseous raw materials and diluted steam in a certain proportion. Because the feed contains a certain proportion of steam, the measuring medium easily condenses during the actual measurement, resulting in phase instability of the measuring medium which leads to large deviations or fluctuations in flow measurement. The inaccurate measurement of cracking furnace feed flow will lead to the failure to use automatic control for the feed to cracking furnace, so that the labor intensity of process operators in monitoring DCS operation screen greatly increased, which makes it impossible for them to balance the normal control of cracking furnace, thus resulting in a short operation cycle of cracking furnace and the frequent switching of cracking furnace and then affecting the production efficiency of enterprises. By optimizing and improving the installation mode for feed flow meter of cracking furnace, the stability and accuracy of measuring instrument can be effectively guaranteed, the problem of measurement distortion can be solved, and the monitoring and maintenance intensity of measuring instrument personnel and technical personnel can be reduced, so as to achieve the long period operation of cracking furnace.
