乙烯装置干燥器出口透水造成冷箱冻堵的原因及对策

摘要:

某700 kt/a乙烯装置的裂解气干燥器使用4.0 MPa蒸汽加热甲烷用于干燥器的再生,老区气相干燥器在运行过程中出现干燥器出口水含量超标,造成生产负荷受限并停车。通过分析干燥器水含量超标的原因,消除了加热器的漏点。通过运行流程设备间的压力差的变化,判断堵塞部位,采取措施对后部低温冻堵设备进行化冻处理,消除了设备和管道内的积冰,恢复正常生产。

Abstract:

The cracking gas dryer of a 700 kt/a ethylene plant used 4.0 MPaG steam to heat the methane for dryer regeneration. During the operation of the vapor phase dryer, the excessive water content at the outlet of dryer led to production capacity constraints and the emergency shutdown of the plant. By analyzing the reasons for the excessive water content of the dryer, leaks in the heater were eliminated. The blockage locations were determined base on the change in pressure difference across equipment during operation. The ice build-up in equipment and pipelines was eliminated by taking some measures to defrost the cryogenic equipment frozen and blocked, and normal production was resumed.
