摘要:

介绍了某石化公司220 kt/a乙烯装置丙烯制冷压缩机驱动透平排汽压力高等问题,通过技术调研和设计优化并落实技术措施,在消除透平排汽压力高等瓶颈的同时,进一步提高了透平的做功效率,实现了节能降耗的目标,同时消除了装置运行隐患。通过局部区域的小改造,提升了装置运行效能,降低了费用成本。

Abstract:

This paper introduces the high exhaust pressure in the driving turbine for propylene refrigeration compressor in the 220 kt/a ethylene plant of a petrochemical company. Through technical research, design optimization and the implementation of technical measures, the working efficiency of the turbine is further improved while eliminating the bottleneck of high exhaust pressure, thus achieving the goal of energy saving and consumption reduction and eliminating the operational hazards in the plant. The operational efficiency of the plant is improved and the cost is reduced through minor modifications in local areas.
