摘要:

针对乙烯工业流程复杂、控制耦合度高、安全环保要求苛刻等挑战,中国石化依托自主百万吨级乙烯成套技术和“石化智云”工业互联网平台,深度融合数字孪生、智能控制等技术,在中科炼化建成世界首座数字孪生智能乙烯工厂。通过构建“物理空间-交互层-孪生空间”3层架构,攻克高保真混合建模、多模态模型融合、智能设备研制等关键技术,形成涵盖资源高效利用、生产操控优化、设备健康管理、安全环保低碳的全流程智能运营体系。实现了关键技术与运营模式的双重突破,为乙烯工业智能化转型提供可复制的系统化解决方案。

Abstract:

Addressing challenges in the ethylene industry including complex processes, highly coupled control systems, and stringent safety and environmental requirements, Sinopec has established the world’s first digital twin-based intelligent ethylene plant at Zhongke Refining and Chemical by leveraging its proprietary megaton ethylene complete technology and industrial internet platform "Sinopec Smart Cloud" to deeply integrate technologies such as digital twins and intelligent control. By establishing a 3-layer architecture of "physical space - interaction layer - digital twin space", key technical barriers including high-fidelity hybrid modeling, multi-modal model fusion, and development of intelligent equipment have been overcome. This has resulted in a full-process intelligent operation system covering efficient resource utilization, production optimization, equipment health management, and safety and environmental protection. The achievement represents a dual breakthrough in both key technologies and operational models, providing a replicable systematic solution for the intelligent transformation of the ethylene industry.
