石油化工数字化交付支撑设备检维修的建设与探索

摘要:

石油化工行业是我国的重要支柱产业,为社会提供丰富的能源和化工产品。石油化工设备具有高温、高压、高腐蚀的特点,通过装置巡检可以保障生产安全和装置运行效率。数字化交付构建以设备位号为核心的信息组织,通过数字化交付平台关联与设备相关的数据、文档和三维模型信息,实现设备信息的便捷查询和浏览。通过将数字化交付平台与设备检维修系统建立接口,不仅实现参考数据的快速查询,也可实现巡检的三维可视化管理,提升企业的运维效率。文中从设备分类配置、工程数据信息交互、工程资料信息交互、三维模型信息交互等方面,系统阐述了数字化交付在设备检维修中的应用路径与技术实现方式,为石油化工企业推进数字化转型提供了理论参考与实践指导。

Abstract:

The petrochemical industry is an important pillar industry in China, providing the society with abundant energy and chemical products. Petrochemical equipment is characterized by high temperature, high pressure and high corrosion. Through the inspection of equipment, production safety and operational efficiency of units can be guaranteed. Digital delivery builds an information organization centered on equipment tag numbers. Through the digital delivery platform, it associates data, documents, and 3D model information related to the equipment, enabling convenient query and browsing of equipment information. By establishing an interface between the digital delivery platform and the equipment inspection and maintenance system, not only can the rapid query of reference data be achieved, but also the three-dimensional visualization management of inspection can be realized, thereby enhancing the operation and maintenance efficiency of enterprises. This article systematically elaborates on the application path and technical implementation methods of digital delivery in equipment inspection and maintenance from aspects such as equipment classification configuration, engineering data information interaction, engineering documentation information interaction, and 3D model information interaction, providing theoretical reference and practical guidance for petrochemical enterprises to promote digital transformation.
