乙烯装置再生气加热器出口露点上升原因探讨

摘要:

近年来多家乙烯装置均遇到了再生气加热器出口露点升高问题,通过现场多方面排查均未找到露点上升原因。塔里木600 kt/a乙烷制乙烯装置对再生气加热器出口露点也进行了检测,发现有同样的现象。为找到根本原因,通过对换热器泄漏排查、同类装置对比、物料组分变化、工艺参数核查、材质排查等,找到最终引起露点上升的原因,并提出了操作建议。

Abstract:

In recent years, many ethylene plants have encountered the problem of dew point rise at the outlet of regeneration gas heater, and the causes of dew point rise have not been found through various on-site investigations. The dew point at the outlet of the regeneration gas heater in the 600 kt/a ethane-to-ethylene plant in Tarim was also detected, and the same phenomenon was found. In order to find the root cause, heat exchanger leakage investigation, comparison of similar plants, material composition changes, process parameter verification, and material investigation were carried out to find the causes of the final dew point rise, and some suggestions were put forward for the operation.
