丙烯制冷压缩机轴心位置突变原因分析及处理措施

摘要:

丙烯制冷压缩机是乙烯装置关键设备之一,由汽轮机驱动,文中针对丙烯制冷压缩机轴心位置突变故障,利用状态监测软件,通过间隙电压趋势、状态监测图谱分析,确定故障根本原因为压缩机消防喷淋系统误动作导致轴承箱变形。通过采取雨淋阀结构升级、喷淋点布置优化的措施后,消除了消防喷淋系统设计缺陷对机组稳定运行的影响。

Abstract:

Propylene refrigeration compressor is one of the critical equipment in ethylene plant and is driven by steam turbine. To solve the problem of sudden change in the axial position of propylene refrigeration compressor, this article uses the condition monitoring software to determine through the analysis of gap voltage trend and condition monitoring map that the root cause of the sudden change is the malfunction of fire sprinkler system of the compressor, which led to the deformation of bearing housing. The influence of the design defects of the fire sprinkler system on the stable operation of compressor unit is eliminated by upgrading the deluge valve structure and optimizing the spray nozzle layout.
