摘要: 流量是石油化工生产中常见且重要的测量对象。测量流量的仪表种类众多,每种流量仪表都有各自的特点和适用工况。介绍了石油化工装置中较为常见的6种流量仪表,包括差压流量计、转子流量计、电磁流量计、涡街流量计、质量流量计和超声波流量计的测量原理、组成、特点和选型条件,为工程设计人员选择流量仪表的型式提供参考。

Abstract:

Flow measurement is a frequent and critical task in petrochemical production. A wide variety of flow measuring instruments are available, each offering distinct features and suitability for specific operating conditions. This paper introduces six commonly used flow instruments in petrochemical units, including differential pressure flow meters, rotameters, electromagnetic flow meters, vortex flow meters, mass flow meters, and ultrasonic flow meters. For each type, the measurement principles, typical composition, key characteristics, and applicable selection criteria are discussed, offering practical guidance for engineering designers in the type selection of flow meters.
