国内乙烷裂解制乙烯项目应关注问题探讨

摘要: 由于乙烷裂解制乙烯具有乙烯收率高、投资较低等优势,使其日益成为新建乙烯产能的新热点。近期中国也陆续启动规划建设多套以进口美国乙烷为原料的大型乙烷裂解制乙烯项目,但是与常规石脑油为原料的蒸汽裂解制乙烯装置相比,在国内建设大规模乙烷裂解制乙烯项目,建设单位在规划建设过程中应加强对原料、燃料供应、冷量利用、氢气利用等问题提前规划和落实,尽量避免潜在的不确定因素干扰项目的顺利实施及后续稳定运行。

Abstract:

Ethylene production via ethane steamcracking has become a new hotspot in ethylene industry because of its high ethylene yield and low investment. In recent years, China has started the planning and construction of many large-scale ethane steamcracking projects using imported American ethane as the raw materials. However, compared with the construction of conventional naphtha-based steamcracking plants, the construction companies of large-scale ethane steamcracking projects should systemically plan and implement in advance the problems such as the supply of raw materials and fuel and the utilization of cold energy and hydrogen during the planning and construction, so as to avoid the potential uncertainties which may interfere the smooth implementation and subsequent stable operation of the projects.
