乙烯中间产品存储和外送方式的选取原则

摘要: 随着中国乙烯工业的蓬勃发展,乙烯这一重要中间产品的流通市场也在显著扩大。由于乙烯性质的特殊性,乙烯的存储设施和乙烯存储上下游配套的工艺输送方式也有了更多的选择。介绍了乙烯装置产出的液体乙烯这一中间产品可以采用的两种不同储存方式和配套的3种不同的外送方式,以及各种不同方式间的区别,通过量化的模拟计算结果得出关于乙烯中间产品储存和外送方式的定性结论,即中冷球罐储存中转的外送方式是最佳的乙烯外送方式。

Abstract:

Along with the vigorous development of China’s ethylene industry, the circulation market of ethylene, an important intermediate product, is expanding dramatically. Due to the special properties of ethylene, there are more choices for ethylene storage facility and the process delivery mode between upstream and downstream plants. This article introduces two different storage modes and three different delivery modes of liquid ethylene, the intermediate product of ethylene plant, as well as the differences between these modes. It is qualitatively concluded through quantitative simulation that the mid-low temperature storage and transfer of ethylene is the best delivery mode.
