摘要: 火炬系统作为乙烯装置紧急事故停车的安全措施,其设计工作是十分重要的。采用必要的减排手段有助于降低火炬系统的总负荷。文中对乙烯装置所采取的减排措施进行了具体的介绍,对火炬控制的原则、压控阀的设置、压缩机系统的火炬气减排、精馏塔系统的火炬减排、火炬系统设计以及计算基础做了具体的分析。通过采取一定的减排措施可以在保证安全的前提下进一步降低乙烯装置的投资,提高其市场竞争力。

Abstract:

Flare system is a safety measure for the emergency shutdown of ethylene plant, and its design is very important. Adopting necessary emission reduction measures is helpful to reduce the total load of flare system. This paper introduces the emission reduction measures adopted in ethylene plant, and analyzes the principle of flare control, the setting of pressure control valve, the emission reduction of flare gas in compressor system, the emission reduction of flare in distillation tower system, and the design and calculation basis of flare system. By taking certain emission reduction measures, the investment of ethylene plant can be further reduced on the premise of ensuring safety, thus improving its market competitiveness.
