扬子乙烯裂解气压缩机一段吸入压力高原因探讨

摘要:

介绍了扬子石化烯烃厂乙烯联合装置2号裂解气压缩机(GB1201)系统的工艺流程特点。通过分析裂解气压缩机透平蒸汽用量、做功情况及压缩机效率,研究影响裂解气压缩机一段吸入压力的相关因素,找出了一段吸入压力高的原因并提出了改进措施,为裂解气压缩机长周期高效运行提供了操作指导。

Abstract:

The process flow characteristics of the No.2 cracking gas compressor (GB1201) in ethylene complex in the Olefin Plant of SINOPEC Yangzi Petrochemical Co., Ltd. are introduced. By summarizing the steam consumption and the work done by cracking gas compressor turbine and the compressor efficiency, the relevant factors affecting the first-stage suction pressure of the cracking gas compressor are analyzed, the reasons for the high first-stage suction pressure are identified and some improvement measures are proposed, providing operational guidance for the long-term and efficient operation of the cracking gas compressor.
