摘要:

应用DLVO双电层理论探讨了独山子石化公司溶聚丁苯橡胶后处理污水体系的稳定性,稳定体系遭到破坏,含油污水中的油和橡胶颗粒团聚、粘合成大的橡胶体,悬浮于水中堵塞系统是出现运行问题的根本原因。提出了近期和长期的改进措施,增加污水预处理设施,采用气能絮凝技术对丁苯橡胶装置后处理一级污水处理单元进行改造,彻底脱出污水所含的橡胶颗粒和表面活性剂。

Abstract:

This paper discusses the stability of the waste water system after SSBR plant at PetroChina Dushanzi Petrochemical Company by using DLVO theory. The fundamental reason for the operation problem is the damage to the stabilizing system and the system blockage resulted by the suspension of larger rubber materials agglomerated by oil and rubber particles in the oily water. In this paper, some short-term and long-term improvement measures are put forward such as setting up new waste water pre-treatment facility and revamping the primary waste water treatment unit after SSBR plant by using gas energy flocculation technology to remove all the rubber particles and surfactants in waste water.
